Elena is an attorney-at-law at the Supreme Court and an in house Legal Advisor within the Quest Group of Companies since September 2008. She is responsible for legal affairs and corporate issues as well as for the provision of legal services and written reports to C-level Management regarding all legal matters such as issues related to commercial or civil law, contracts, intellectual property and competition law, energy, bankruptcy law, labor law, leasing, real estate, trademarks, domain names and insult them, negotiations and finalization of contracts with major Group's customers, suppliers, sponsors, regarding the marketing and distribution as well as the distribution network – franchising.

She started her career in 2001 as a trainee attorney-at-law at the legal department of "Emporiki Bank of Greece" and then from 2003 till 2005 as an affiliate attorney-at-law. In 2005 she became an associate at a law firm called "Manolis Egglezos and associates law firm" located in Piraeus. Between 2005 and 2008 she served the company "FI.LE.A.S STRATEGIES LTD" (financial and legal advanced strategies) as an in house Legal Advisor and Head of Legal Services. At the same time she is an affiliate attorney-at law of "Emporiki Bank of Greece".

Elena holds a Master degree in Commercial Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and she is a member of the Athens Bar Association, the Association of Greek Commercialists and the Transparency International.
