Vicky is Attorney-at-Law at the Supreme Court. She is the General Counsel Legal Affairs of Quest Group of Companies and Secretary to the Board of Directors (BoD) of Quest Holdings since September 2012. She is responsible for supervising of all legal affairs and corporate issues within the Quest Group of Companies and providing of legal services and written reports to C-level Management and the BoD of the Companies comprising Quest Group regarding all legal matters, corporate governance, internal procedures as well as general company and affiliates operation

She started her career in 1996 as a free-lance Attorney-at-Law and later on (in 1997) as an Associate at a big Law Firm ("Dimitrios Tsatsos and Associates Law Firm") in Athens. Since 1999 she served numerous enterprises as an in house Attorney-at-Law ["Central Securities Depositary S.A." (Stock market industry): from 6/1999 till 6/2002], an in house Attorney-at-Law and Secretary to the BoD ["Hellenic Exchanges S.A." (Stock market industry): from 4/2002 till 6/2007] and as a Legal Advisor & Head of the Legal Services Directorate [TRAINOSE S.A. (Transportation industry-Railway undertaking): from 7/2007 till 9/2012].

Vicky holds a Ph.D. in Public Law (Administrative Procedural Law) from Panteion University and a LL.B. in Law from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and she is a member of the Athens Bar Association, the Greek Association of European Law, the Association of Greek Commercialists and the Medecins Sans Frontieres.
